I work at the intersection of crypto, finance, and data. My background is a mix of digital asset research, onchain analysis, data tooling, and operational leadership, and I have spent the last several years building experience across all of them at the same time.
At Messari I covered over 200 blockchain ecosystems in real time. My job was to find out what was happening before anyone else reported it, verify it against primary sources, and deliver it to institutional clients in a format they could act on immediately. That included everything from tracking governance proposals and treasury movements to investigating onchain irregularities and identifying insider activity by tracing wallet flows against vesting schedules. I wrote deep-dive research on tokenomics, protocol launches, whitepapers, and security incidents.
Before that I spent a decade at Starbucks, eight years of it as a Shift Supervisor. I managed daily operations, trained staff, handled escalations, and kept things running across constantly shifting priorities. That environment taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and make decisions quickly when the situation is changing in real time.
I have been in crypto since 2014 and have been actively researching and trading since 2018. I self-custody assets across hot and cold wallets, participate in DeFi protocols, bridge across chains, and stay close to the market because I am genuinely interested in how it all works. I also build my own tools. Right now that includes an asset relationship tracker for equities and macro research and a DeFi investment memo tool that aggregates live protocol data into a structured research workflow.
I graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University in May 2024 with a degree in Business and Information Security. My capstone research examined blockchain technology through the lens of data privacy and security, specifically the advantages of immutability, decentralized architecture, and cryptographic design over traditional centralized systems.
